We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. If you do not have one of these credit cards you can send us a cheque, you may pay with paypal or through an electronic bank transfer or bank deposit . Please contact one of our Travel Consultants for further details. |

Rates quoted are in US dollars and the transaction amount will be converted to Mexican Pesos at the exchange rate on the date of the transaction. Please note that the amount which will be posted on your monthly billing statement can differ up to three percent due to fluctuating international currency exchange rates. Mexico Travel Services and/or Viajes Beda S.A. de C.V. cannot be held responsible for fluctuating exchange rates and by accepting these policies you acknowledge that you have been advised of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to our processing the transaction in Mexican Pesos. |

Despite our best efforts, there may be a small number of mispriced items in our database. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our confirmation procedure. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such a cancellation. |

The corresponding reservation amount will immediately be charged to your credit card once submitted and reservation status shows confirmed. |

Cancellation Policies: |

Hotel Reservations: |
 |
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation. |

- Reservations cancelled 14 - 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 2 night charge. |
 |
- Cancellations made within 48 hrs prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable. Early departures are also 100% non-refundable. |

Christmas, New Year’s and Easter: |

- Reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation. |

- Reservations cancelled 45 - 32 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 3 night charge. |

- Cancellations made within 31 days prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable. Early departures are also 100% non-refundable. |
